A Bridal Shower Tea Party, usually called a wedding shower, is held much in the same way as a Bridal Tea, except for the giving of gifts and opening them of course!

Games have been a tradition at Showers.It’s less formal and games add to the festivities of the Shower.

Six weeks before the wedding is an ideal time to hold a Wedding Shower Tea Party. Talk to the Bride and find out what would be the best time to host the tea.

You have established that the theme will be a Tea Party. Now you can take it one step further and decide on how you would like to decorate for the Shower Tea.

Use a color theme, perhaps the colors that will be used in the wedding. Pick an item and decorate around it. Such as Silver or china teapots with a floral arrangement for table center pieces. Topiary Trees, use topiary place card holders, Tea pot or tea cups with little topiaries in them.
